In caips criminality checks is passed.i think security check is done thru on csi screening.criminality is just ur police clearance certificates.this is just my opinion.im not sure.

May 2010 case, i have completed my medical in May 2011, and still waiting for PP request, following are the latest on my case:

Yesterday SG office did some inquiry on my job description, position etc, i have breif HR about details, but not sure what they provided info, as there might some difference from HR record and my actual job description, in experience letter i have forget to put contact details of my Line Manager, but i did enclosed the visiting card, and he know the details i have proivded in my letter submitted for immigration.

can any one help to clarify what is the purpose of verificaion, either they are verifiing the employment or the NOC i have applied either i am fullfilling this or not, base on info provided and applied ?

Need your help, what is the chances of rejection, incase there is difference between my job objective/designation from HR and provided inputs.

further i have applied few days ago CAIPS notes as well, not sure when this will reach to me.

Seniors/champions/experts pls. put some ligths on this appreicatte......

Im a may 2010 applicant. I just had my med request aug 15 2012. I did the next day but they havent asked for rolf only updated fbi. Is my interview waived? Ty.

For my case, it was written in the letter that I was waived from interview. Please check the letter thoroughly...

When I got my letter to do the medicals, it was stated there that they wouldn't require an interview but they may ask for one if they feel the need to. You may have to review the letter/email that you got from them.

Criminality check is the PCC we submit once you get the police clearance you are deemed to have passed criminality check. While security check is carried out by CIC in conjuction with other organisations like INTERPOL or security agencies in ur native country. This is to ensure that you will not be a threat to Canada security

If you are in Canada it is free. or If you know any one in canada it only cost you $ 5. if yo do not know any one there are some websites who does it for you it cost about $40. such website is www.caipsnotes.com

Hello frineds its seems currently CIC is in unfriendly mood towards MI-1 applicants .its a very grave situation for us .it also seems that CIC give us medicals in next year targets.we all are frustrated and so to control n tackle this mental agony lets get connected in a (closed) facebook group and fight this frustration together and have long contact with each other which will be useful n helpful in future problems too(post landing)

to manitain our immigration privacy this group has no description and is in closed category of FB Groups no non member cannot see content So enjoy ur privacy of ur immigration from other FB friends )

They took the right to permanent residence fee from us and now they are not giving permanent residence it's not fair.This looks to me like unfair practices from cic.they shouldn't take that fee unless they are sure of visa issuance.

You are right.....they are likely palying in the call money market like a bank with our money...... 8) ;D

I was thinking something today.Years from now I'll be sitting in a chair.My grandchildren will come running to me with a letter shouting "Grandma,you received mail from CIC Canada".Then I ask one of my grandchild to read it for me since my eyesight had become weak by then.When read,I come to know it's PPR from Ottawa.The letter asks me to send my passport to Detroit Office(Hopefully its open and not closed by some crazy minister).I book flights to detroit because I dont want to wait longer by sending passports.So I decide to go in-person in wheelchair.
As soon as I go to airport I ask wheelchair assistance.Then I go to detroit office and get the news "You don't qualify for FSW because you are already retired(66 years over),but,you can apply in other category for faster processing".

Hope this is just a story and I get ppr soon.
