Friends, please go through a letter by NDVO to an applicant. I have edited the language & slightly changed the numerals. But the dates are the same.

This is not encouraging but I just want all of us to be alert & imagine the extent to which a VO scrutinizes our applications. ???

1) The documents are being verified (Kind of a Background check is In Process)

2) Why is ECU Instructed to ask for X X X docs

3) Is there is Still scope of rejection

4) If Not ECU Then who Issues Medicals

5) Whats The Relevance of BFD in this scenario is Just a reminder date Nothing more

Guyz, no body knows here perfectly, everybody guesses to some extent.

Plz use ur own BRAIN before jumping to any conclusions.

One more thing I wud like to quote is, everybody rushes to give his/her opinion without
even knowing the intensity of the situation. amazing .

i am pre june applicant till date status is RBVO.........some of my frnd who applied in august 2011 they get visa in march 2012 within 7 months and we are waiting till last 2 yrs.

now i want to reapply again in MI-4....can i apply again or not .....without we-drawl old file.

if wedrawl den how much time will take to get back my all docx.

as per conultant pre june will get MR request after july..........what to do....wait or take action.

I second your thoughts. he is just an ordinary guy like you or me. doesn't mean whatever he says is absolutely right. i also doubt if ECU means Economic commerce unit. he is no visa officer or working for CIC.
Always trust yourself only.

you will get your file reviewed in max 4 weeks
as now a days CHC is working very hard and trying to clear the backlog of MI-1 before june 2012

those applicants who have submitted their full documents to Visa office
in October are being assessed now a days. mine were submitted in december so minimum 2 months will be required for those
who submitted their files in december/ jan 2011

My application has been transferred to Warsaw office on December 12, 2011 and was reviewed and started processing on March 1, 2012.
I have not received any Emails asking for update from Warsaw. Do you think it is too late? Should I ask the Warsaw for updates? What is your opinion?
