I can give you my inputs or thought on your question(s). I think the documents of dependents should be sent to same visa office as that of principal applicant.
Also, where were you sending the rest of the documents of your daughter such as medical reports and other full documents earlier?
May be you can email LA office asking the same question so that you will not have any dilemma in making a decision regarding the PPR.

Thanks Bhanump and to To all who share their inputs thank you so much. I emailed them last Friday and waiting till mon. for their response, I m really guessing that I need to send my PP with my dependents and send it to LA. but im not really sure so better to wait what they will say.
Guys one tip I can share to you, I got my PPR after 3 days of my follow up email to them, after I had medicals received on my Ecas I emailed them, you can email a follow up on your status but not sounding like you are pressuring them guys, maybe need to touch their heart a bit, it works for me why not to you.
