To date, i have not received any communication from London VO regarding my below status. Likewise, no update is received from my consultant. Does anyone here know how long it takes for LVO to contact an applicant concerning this "decision made" status? Would it be by email or snail mail?

I applied for a tourist visa to Canada in the morning of April 30 and have put my UCI number in the application. I even wrote in the form that my application for immigrant visa (federal skilled worker) was pending review since I have no idea yet that my status is already "decision made".

Today, I received my TOURIST visa - single entry to Canada..PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY. I will visit my sister for 3 days before proceeding to the US for my training. I just hope and pray to God that my ECAS status is not a negative one since I was granted a tourist visa to Canada......I am praying that all our applications will receive favor from God.

What are the chances for me to get a visitors visa.
by ecase show RBVO pending process at LVO.

Nobody on the forum can guaranty what would happen to your case next.....or when something will happen. The next round of suspense has begin....it is like the Indian film....very long.................lol

I just found my status updated on CIC website like below after almost 1.5 year. Can anyone say what does it mean? I am just so excited.

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 4, 2012"

Does this mean they will call now for verification or they have done with it????

And, can i send my updated contact details now to them????

Most of the Pre june 2010 applicants are getting this kind of line. I hope we all get MR soon

I cannot open my ecase using 2nd aor#...the 1 aor # says RBVO pending review.

Marchie,

If you have an invitation, I think you have a chance of getting a tourist visa to Canada. Especially now that your status is still pending review, they wouldn't think that you will jeopardize your pending application by staying illegally in Canada. There is no harm in trying.

HI everyone,

After 3 weeks almost going 1 month that my file has been transfered to La OFFICE, DOES THIS MEANS that somehow our docs. has been evaluated or passes the selection stage by the Buffalo office ? most of the pre june applicants that has been transfered to La are getting their MR after a month or 2. Following others forumers trend seems like verybody got transfered to other VO got their MR's.. soon , Hope I got mine within this month. IS IT SAFE TO ASSUME THAT ANY VERIFICATION CALL DONE BY VISA OFFICE IS DONE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OR A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF INPROCESS DATE

OR

HAS THERE BEEN A CASE WHERE VERIFICATION WAS DONE AFTER MORE THAN 8 WEEKS OF REVIEW DATE
