Hi all,

Just to let you know we received a letter from CHC London stating we are eligible for further processing but must wait for 6-12 months before any further processing will begin. The letter is dated 24.04.12.

Does anyone know if this means they have checked over all our docs and decided my references etc are all fine?

Cheers!

How it will be end of 2013..... its 6 to 12 months from April 2012...

It is better to be late than never.....(just imagine the cases of 2008).

Yes, under normal circumstances you would have received your medicals, but at the cussrent circumastances you will have to wait till july before they start sending MR to all those who have turned IP as per their seniority, Visa allocation quoat of their respective VO's and as per any rules which may come in to force along with the new MI.
But you can be sure that your case will be processed further and a rejection after this stage is very rare unless you have some serious problems with your Medicals.

Yeah, looks like a glitch with ECAS.

Looks like my ecas is in a frozen state :) for one and half years with 'RBVO' and 'application pending review' inside that ever since I submitted my full docs to New Delhi VO back in Jan'11...and it still is....no 2nd AOR, no acknowledgement mail/email/response, nothing! So I decided to send in a case specific enquiry and this is the reply I got today...not sure what it means, but means something!

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

You may note that you have passed the selection stage. Soon medical instructions will be mailed to you along with a request for additional documents.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

congrats, u gonna get maple leaf soon.
