oh i see, so just to clarify, if they require more docs etc then it may take an extra 6 months or more before they process them ready for medicals?

many apologies if ive misunderstood this and caused confusion!
I guess 6 months because you will gather the documents send them by mail and they will take some time to open ur docs and initiate further processing..

in support wat I said earlier

posted by a fellow member.

Dear All,

I have done my first medical on 6th December 2011. I received a letter saying i need to submit Lordotic X ray for my self as they find some scar in my CXR. I submitted Lordotic X ray accordingly. After some days they asked me to submit Sputum Smear and Sputum Culture Test Report as well as another CXR after 3 month's date from my first CXR taken. I have done my Sputum Smear and Culture tests and going to submit another CXR on 8th Feb. My questions are as below:
a. is this a normal stereo type process can be happened with any one?
b. If Sputum Smear Test result is negative, what result could be for Sputum Culture Test (Ratio of positive or negative)
c. How much time they take to ask for passport submission?[/b][/b]

since i have received again and again medical letters from CIC, me and my family members are very much confused and worried. Please help and share your experiences.

Thanks a lot.

Hope_Life,
you are right of course coz even CIC and visa offices cant make head or tail out of it.....................what a pity to sit and wait for years appling under the Federal Skilled Category...........they just should be fair and process as fast as possible not to get people depressed and frustrated,,,,,,,,,,,many things to say but I am really tired of this mis-organized immigration programm............USA welcoms 50.000 green card winners and finalizes all applications in 6-9 month......and we have to wait for years.........isn't there a best solution?

Thanks

Hello everyone. I checked my status today and it says
Decision made. How can it be possible as my last status was received by visa office.
Moreover no medical requested so far.

Can anyone also confirm when we need to submit application fee for 2nd time. So far I have only submitted my application fee to CIO.

Goldern Word for u------------------------>WAIT :D

you have to pay second time when you get visa........and this comes after your medical results and after approving you PR.

Well that's what we all are doing from last 2 years :)
I was bit worried as if decision made after RBVO is considered as rejection.
They says they sent me letter on 19th April 2012 which I am waiting for.

Sarah,

They would either send you MR or theey would sent you a letter stating that you are eligible for further processing but need to wait for another 6-12 months. This is the current operating trend prevailing in Newdelhi and London VO.

Why few get MR and why others are asked to wait depends on the VO, your NOC and matters specific to your file. There could be other factors which are beyond you and me.

Check a few posts above this, I have reposted some Members post, which would help all of us to understand whats is happening now.
No need to panic...you are on the right track.....Its just a matter of time.

Relax

USA Green Card ;D ??? Don't even talk about that.. There is only a small tiny little quota and category which gets through in 8-10 months. The second best category application dates are May 2007, which means applications made before May 2007 will be processed and that too till Oct 31st 2012. Rest all will have to wait for 4-5 years. And the third and most common category will have to wait minimum 10 years just to get their file picked up..

The lottery program you are talking about almost does not apply for ppl from India and China as more than 50,000 Indians and Chinease ppl immigrate to USA each year :) This lottery is for those countries which have lower immigrants in USA

Address gone missing, no other changes in my Ecas
