Canadian Dreams,

Very good analogy but these are the things they had been watching out

1. Medical Doctors are a regulated profession in Canada and my guess is 99 out of 100 fail to pass those licensing exams in Canada and soon medicine and medical terms become a history for them. I'd be glad if anyone had any data on the success rate on passing those exams by the immigrants.

2. With the growing population , they first must ensure licensed doctors, schools, qualified North American standard teachers, Scientists and technicians for their emerging oil, gas, high tech industries.

They have injected plenty of IT workers from 2008-2011 June. I have been active in this forum and rigorously been watching out the practices carried out for different NOC professionals. visa issuance for IT professionals topped among Accountants/Finance Managers. With the stalled situation of their economy , they are being failed to increase the number of making new jobs for these people, remember, Canadians dont want their own graduates to appear on 100 interviews and fail to secure a job. They want a healthy situation to prevail in their job market so that vacant Job numbers always stay far more than the number of aspirant applicants. At the same time they are opting temporary applicants for whom they are not bound to provide the tax payer free health care system. Immigrants admitting to Canada have surely been struggling for the last few years, with a family of 2-5 but only one paying taxes yet all of them enjoying all the federal government services e.g free schooling, health care as I said.

My Posts are not eyeing to any particular NOC, nor I am the VO, a legislator or Minister of Immigration.
They are just my insight after analyzing the articles, Speeches by CIC.

Better watch these videos. in one My Kenney seemed to have appeared at a very early morning.

Watch out, some parts of his speeches reflects how fierce he is on people who have not been contributing to Canada yet living there.

I would now like to just add a single line now... " Its Technology that is keeping us connected with the world even on this blogging site & if development is required, I wonder which of these can go without IT/Networking (Ur Quote > viz. licensed doctors, schools, qualified North American standard teachers, Scientists and technicians for their emerging oil, gas, high tech industries).

Non workers & non contributers are not even tolerated by their own family members, how can Canada tolerate them. :)

I was just trying to collect more information.. on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/departm...2012-04-17.asp
I clearly remember sometime close to 26th June 2010 cic.gc.ca had a note in their website saying... new rule will be applicable to new applications only. There will be no change in the process for Pre-June applications....looks like they are going back on their words.. finger crossed..
