I would like to ask one question.. there was a spelling mistake in address ..at one place m was mistaken with an n.. in my Birth cert.

i sent the original cert to CHC London. but now have also obtained the corrected Birth cert.. should i send it too with a cover letter explaining the mistake that has been corrected in the revised Birth cert,??

i think you shouldn't do that. it is a very minor mistake. they not gonna look at that or make issue...

need urgent help. i have VO doc ready to send.
what if i do not provide original marriage certificate coz i have to use it in another country coz i got job offer in middle east and will go there next month but want to apply VO before that. original is also required for middle east later on....
now can anyone suggest me what to do from pakistan, is there any possibility that i send VO the copy.
please suggest

Usually you get two original marriage certificates, thats what happened in my case. You can use for VO and one for that job in middle east. Dont forget to get them translated.

i have original urdu and original english with me. but is it safe to send them original marriage certificate coz i might require this at later stages in my job or may be anyother place.
is there anyway if i write cover letter mentioning this and send them notorized copy or may be i write that i can provide original if required later.

I sent my full documents package to my VO (Damascus) on Dec.12.2010 via courier and it arrived at destination on Dec.14.2010.
Hope that everyone who got their 1st AOR, pass the document sending stage without any problem.

Because of the serious manipulations in Google spreadsheet, it is not useful anymore. Does anyone have the latest unharmed file which can be substituted. Afterward, the spreadsheet has to be accessible for only a few trustful people in order to refuse the occurrence of the same problem.

VO wants us to send notarized marriage certificate rather original. So, don't worry. Just send English translated original copy with notarized photocopy of the original doc.

i have an question that my sister is PR of canada and wanna take the advantage of adaptability factor but she did a mistake while she send her documents in her document of additional family details she wrote my date of bith 22.07.85 instead of 23.07.86 is it effect anything negative when they check her form to check the my relationship with her. we can say it was just a clerical mistake . but m really worried about it .and one more question regards to same on my sisters passport my mother's name is differ from on my passport will it be negative for me or not
