Dear 1st u will get a medical request if you are not requested to provide it yet... then ur medical reports will be examined and after that you will asked for passports.. so dont worry its a big time period left for passport request..
even you get a month or 2 for submission of medicals, after that you will get 2 months or more for passports.. May ALLAH bring that stage early to u , but i am explaining the patten, so dont worry about it and keep ur normal life going...

Dear Sameer,

Thanks for the reply. But with CHC Delhi most of (infect all of) the applicants are getting Medical & Passport request all together. That is why I am worried.

Dear Seniors,

I applied for PR in Canada on 14th May, 2010 and received my 1st AOR on 10 Oct, 2010. My NOC is 0213. I am a Bangladeshi National completed my BSc(Hons) and MCA(Masters of Computer Applications) from Aligarh Muslim University and University of Mysore, India respectively. My VO is Singapore. Now, In Point 6, VO specific form it is written as follows :

EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
For you, your spouse or common-law partner:

1. Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or
diplomas;
2. College or university documents: certification of completion and the
graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee;
3. Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-
sealed envelopes.
4. Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualificati
certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)

I am not eligible for the 4th point, so I am leaving that topic out of this letter.

I passed my SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Exams from Dhaka Board, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I think, The Certificate and Mark Sheets issued by Board is Enough to meet the Requirement 1. Please Clarify if it is otherwise.

I have both BSc(Hons) and MCA degrees Certificates and all the Marks Sheets issued by the respective Universities. Are these documents enough to meet the 2nd requirements? what do they mean by the evaluation committee?

In general, it is very tough for a foreign Student to collect Original Transcripts from an Indian University, specially from Aligarh and Mysore, as I specifically know the entry to the Registrar Office in the above are highly restricted. Now is there any other way to submit the application to the VO without them.

Please Guide me. Also, refer me sections of the forum to go through to clarify my doubts.

Kind Regards,

Add me to the list - received my AOR on 30th Sep 2010. Application was received by the CIO office on 19th May 2010.

Some queries on my PCC -
a. Our address on our passport, and the one where we are currently staying is different. Will that make any difference - do we need to keep in mind anything while applying PCC -
b. where do we get the PCC from - passport office or the CID office -

Answers are appreciated - thanks in advance.

what is your visa office and your cc charged date

This is really ridiculous.

We are struggling for our AOR and they are processing June & July-10 applications.

Secondly they are saying they have lot of applications for which they need time. Then how come they have time to process Jun & July-10 applications.

Dont worry dear, they will give you plenty of tie to submit, and if such situation comes that u r not in home land and they request for Medical an PP then you must come back immediately and send them what they require.. if can not return to homeland due to company's tasks then what could i say...

you can do simply... refuse to go, give them reason that u are not physically fit... or just go there and dont tell any body about ur returning.. when you recieve such request from VO ur family will inform you, then put a rquest to ur company to come back immediately due to any medical situation....

have u seen the movie 3 Idiots... the 1st IDIOT landed the Plane back to airport showing a heart problem... :)

its just an example offff... u knw what i mean... ;)

Yes its ok... make clear copies get them notarized and send...

copy of the degree is enough but notarize it, about the transscripts VO are more cautious now, specialy for 3rd world countries they don believe until they receive Uni seald envelops... any ways ask ur friends, colleagues, borther, cousins.. to get it done for u. but ont take risk...
