I just finished my MBA today and it will add 2 points to my score, should I send update now with a new application or wait until AOR is recieved so I don't waste more time. Please advice me with the right procedures and best way to make any ammendment to my application.
please note that the transcript and final certification won't be available before 2 weeks.

If you already had 67 points, then wait for 1st AOR. Send all these additional achievements when you need to send full documents to CHC, as they will calculate the final points only after they receive full set of documents with final updated application form.

The passport number in my application is the one I am having it now and I have only 9 pages left in the passport, rest of the pages are all stamped. I may need to take a new passport once all the pages are stampled which may happen in few months time from now. So what should I do if I take a passpot after the next stage which is document submission in the visa office.

ONE DOUBT REG. IELTS, I DIDNT SEND IELTS SCORE WHILE SENDING THE APPLICATION AS I WANTED TO TAKE AFTER I GET CONFIRMATION. IS IT MANDATORY TO SEND THE RESULTS?

No, it's not required to submit IELTS together with your initial application but, it is recommended.

Proof of Language Proficiency
At the time of submission of your application to a Visa Office, you will need to:
 submit language test results from a designated testing agency or
 establish your proficiency through a written explanation and supporting documentation.

Right now, CIO is processing mid-April 2010 applicants. On average, they are getting their AORs after 62-67 days.
