I think all we should relax and wait
We can't do anything to speed it up Of course, we could call hundreds of times per day -> may be this encourage them to process us ASAP

alizia, you should wait for 10-12 weeks as your CC get charged. They said the average time issuing AOR after CC is 10 weeks. So, for you it will be in the next week Just keep patience, all will be fine Try to make an enquiry via cic site, to get your clientID. I think it could be reached in that way

Tegnus is correct, there are big assumptions being made here, and it isn't helpful. Yesterday, I spoke with an employee of the London VISA Office, the hold up is because of the high volume of post 26 Jun applicants and the fact that CIO are having to send back the majority of those applications because they are incorrectly filled out and missing documents. A lot of staff are being used to open these applications and do the completeness checks. This is causing a huge backlog of applications that they have to process further. The London VO has yet to receive any applications from CIO Nova Scotia! Nothing untoward is happenning, the process has just been slowed down whilst they deal with the intake of applications, Post 26 Jun applicants will not be processed ahead of us as those being processed are then being placed behind us for the next step (issue of 'AOR'). This is now just a waiting game, I'm afraid.

Being Positive and with Tegnus and the new member still I am very much interested to see the above progress mentioned in the following link...

I just finished my call. They said the same thing. They are currently processing files received upto 3rd may. It generally takes 10 weeks after your CC/DD has been encashed. And he asked me to wait for one more month. :'(

Keep the patience
We should hear some news in the next week (it will be 10 weeks after CC was charged of some april/may applicants).
Is it right period (10-12 week period after CC) we will know in 1-3 weeks

E MAIL RECIEVED ON SAME E MAIL ADDRESS MENTIONED ON APPLICATION FORM.
E MAIL GAVE ME FILE NUMBER ONLY AND REQUESTED ME TO AWAIT FOR PROCESSING OF MY APPLICATION.THEY ADVISED ME TO USE FILE NUMBER WHICH THEY GAVE ME FOR FUTURE CORRESPONDANCE.I USED IT FOR MY HUSBAND POLICE CLEARANCE REQUEST LETTER FROM CANADIAN EMBASSY IN SAUDIA AND HE GOT IT BY ARAMEX AND GOT HIS FINGUREPRINTING DONE YESTERDAY.
NO NEW E MAIL I RECIEVED AFTER THAT NEITHER I CONTACTED CIO.

guys .. don't waste ur money by calling them .. i am starting to get annoyed as well .. but there's nothing we can do on our side other than waiting .. i myself called them twice .. anyway good luck to all of us ..

Everyone is getting anxious and with good reason. Why not put that energy into more productive use and think positive by creating the "To Bring with Me" List and the "To Ship" List?

Just a thought.

The most annoying thing is that they keep telling us that they are processing till May 3 and yet we have not seen anything from any one in may 3 except tegnus and sandr. It would be much more nice if they could tell you us the true state of things. Patience is not easy especially when the reason is unknown. Which means they would probably tell you to wait till the end of the 120days before our file can be processed after sending our complete document to the VO. Nevertheless there is nothing we can do, they own their country and reserve the right to do whatever plz them
