Mature Real Estate Appraisal professional - looking for companies to in Canada to sponsor

Hello. I am 52 years old and I am a licensed real estate appraiser with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). I have been a real estate appraiser for approx. 30 years. I will like to migrate to Canada with my family and continue with my profession as a real estate appraiser however, I am unable to find a company that is willing to sponsor my work permit yet alone assistance to relocate to Canada.

I am aware most real estate appraisers in Canada has to have a Canadian license to practice but there are some companies in Canada that accept my type of license.

Could someone direct me to the companies that may be willing to sponsor someone in my position.

It's extremely unlikely that you'll find a company in Canada willing to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can qualify for a work permit. The LMIA process is long and expensive and requires the employer to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. If you wish to immigrate to Canada, then you should look for a means of qualifying without having a job offer / sponsorship from a company in Canada.

Except some very rural areas Canada has too many real estate agents so it would be rare to get a LMIA snd work permit. Your age will also likely be a factor for most economic immigration programs.
