Masters Study permit withdrawn: Attestation letter

Hi! I applied for a study permit on March 7th as I've been admitted for a Master in Environment at UofManitoba. Today I've got a withdrawn notification due to the lack of an attestation letter. Postgraduate students don't need this document so I'm not sure who to contact since this seems to be an error.

Thank you for any information! I'm super worried and I need to get my permit as soon as possible

Who withdrew? If IRCC raise a webform with LOA stating that it is a Mastersprogram and not a post grad certificate/diploma

Google - IRCC webform and submit reconsideration. There are no timelines for reconsideration and most likely will take up a month to open and be reviewed. What is the program - link?

So no letter needed so IRCC withdrew your application in error. Good luck.

Same thing happend with me..taken MBA and applied for study permit.but withdrawn notificatioj due to attestation letter. What should i do?? I have applied fot may intake.

What school? Get new LOA with deferral and send webform asking for reconsideration.
