Masters Study Guidance Help ! !

Hello friends ,
I have compleated my BSc. Electronics (3 Years module). I have an Work Experience for 15 months as an Project Engineer into Industrial Automation. My aim is to work into some good Process Plant. I was looking for Masters course into Masters of Electronics & Electrical's / Process Engineering / Maintenance Engineering, but i have an study structure of 15 years thats not possible into US, so my councillor asked to go for some Pg diploma course into Canada. They say thats enough to get a job into Process Industrial/Manufacturing Plant.
Guy's Please Help me out with available options, I am to dam confuse.
Please guide me with Pg options or Masters (to get my final goal).
