Dear jairichi, I am getting 6 points if my education comes under section c. Therefore, I am getting 57 plus points and eligible for QSW as per my calculations. Want to know if I can make an account on Mon project now? Or I will have to wait till June. Please advise.

Only if you have a job offer or a temporary resident of Quebec you can contact Quebec immigration to open a mon projet account. If not you need to wait till June.
