masters in engg being canadian immigrant

my mother has applied for immigration to canada ,,,,i hav dne bachelors in electrical engg from pakistan ,,,,and i m doing a job in private company as an electrical engineer,,,,,,i want to do masters in engg from canada ,,,,,,,if i apply after immigration what benefits will i get being an immigrant having pr,,,,,,,,eg relxation in fees,,,,easy admission ,,,,,plz help

You will have no "relaxation".
You will pay as a regular Canadian citizen. Admission will be a little harder, since you'll have to prove your English abilities, also you'll have to check if your Bachelor studies will be recognized.
Other than that you can check all this on the university's website you wish to attend.

Well, yes, as I said you will pay as a Canadian resident.
Students who come on student visas pay usually more. However that is usually true if it's a non-private university.
For private universities it doesn't matter what's your residency status.

seach the university name on WIKIPEDIA.org and there comes all the info about each university.
