Good Morning. I have one question to ask. I am getting married in may 2019. My fiancé is planning to study MBA HR from Canadian university. She completed her b.ech in coumputer science 2013 June with 79%. After that she is working in HR domain till today. She is working now as assistant manager HR. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW
1. Can she get good university for masters in HR. She has overall 7 banana in academic not less than 6.5
2. Should she apply visa after marriage or before marriage?
3. Since we are marrying in may 2018, does she has any chance to go in jan 2019 session?
4. Most consultants suggests to go in September 2018 only as the chances of getting visa would be difficult and we must not show our marriage.
5. Does I have any chance to go after her or with her as spouse visa? If later then after how long I can apply for spouse visa?
Kindly assist me to answer those above questions as I am juggling with from last 2 months.
