I dont know how come my almost 4 plus years masters degree for me and my wife is not accepted by the wes and instead only given 2 years of post education what does that mean anyways????how can i call them insead of the emails
Calling will less likely solve the issue, calling also requires long hold time...
I'll suggest EMAIL, using web based form (http://wes.org/ca/support/).

For the member who posted my masters program is from a wes recognized university, its a credit hours system with a thesis presentation and the estimated time is 2-5 years according to your progress with the required hours.

No its not a distance learning program but the time is decided according to how fast your finish your credit hours and subjects, accordigg to speciality and thesis time as well but there is a deadline where you have to finish it all

You can always try and contact WES to see if they would have another look at your degree evaluation but unless your result changes you wont be able to claim it as a masters degree.
I was recognized from Wes with a credential of 4 yr bachelor equivalent in 4 yr Ba Canadian from an institute not recognized in the USA. I called the college were I graduate and they going to send a letter to Wes of their credential to support my case. I am still waiting from Wes to have an answer in regard.
Other credential company will not tell me in advance if my institute has credit or not, unless I pay first and then they will evaluate.
However getting at first a 5 yr Canadian equivalent should helpful to fight my case..
Don t know what to do if I don t get any answer from them.
Other solution is to wait one yr and get one yr work experience throughout my sponsor under temporary work visa to then apply for the permanent but don t like the idea to wait so long.
As I get an answer from Wes I will post it. If anyone had similar experience please share.
@Infinitylove: i hope the letter from your university to WES can help you out. Would also be interesting for others to know whether universities can actively help people out to improve their wes equivalency.
