Do we need to have the Registrar's stamp on the Masters Certificate photocopy ? Or just a legible copy of the certificate would suffice ?

Send a photocopy of your master's Certificate.Usually depends on the country.If it is not required according to the Documents needed,then you can just send the photocopy.
