I'm currently live in Vancouver and my fiance is from California, US.

Can my fiance fly to Canada as a visitor and get married here in Vancouver?

If she's allowed to get married in Canada as a visitor then should she inform the immigration customs about the marriage when she's at the airport?

Should she print out the return flight ticket to prove that she isn't staying here in Canada after the marriage?
