Why should return the COPR when they have not asked to return the visa and COPR .

According to this manual .. It is ok to get married after recieving the Visa but before becoming permanent resident. Is that right .

In that case why does COPR states that if there is change in family composition to inform the VO immediatly.

Can the COPR be revoked and re-issued with the spouse added?
