Married after AOR, informed CIC but UCI number not received

Hi all,

I received AOR in march, Now on just 5th July i got married. informed IRCC and IRCC mailed me to submit fee and other spouse's document. Issue is:

1. I did not get my wife's UCI number. Will i get it once i submit processing fee and Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for my wife?
2. When i am trying to submit online fee for her application, i get stuck on a web-page which is asking me for account login information. My GC key login information is not working on this online payment page. Please advise what should i do?
