I am Convention Refugee living in Ontario waiting for my permanent residece . I possess a Canadian RTD . My Question is if I travel to a third country like Malaysia/Thailand and get married to my Girlfriend , can I add her to my Permanent residence application while it’s still in process or do I have to sponsor her after I receive my permanent resident card . Please let me know . Thank you
