I am a resident of Saskatchewan, my girlfriend will be visiting this year on a TRV. Will a commissioner perform a marriage between myself and my girlfriend in Saskatchewan, or does she require a PR status

You don't have to have PR status in Canada to get married. You need birth certificate, passport and if you were married before, proof that the first marriage has ended.
Thank you Leon. I saw you answered a post earlier with regards to applying outland while in Canada. I am very confused as to how this works and what the benefits and reasons are for doing it. If you could enlighten me on this or direct me to another post that explains it I would greatly appreciate it.

My wife and I got married in SK while I was there visiting her. The closest thing we had to a problem was the paperwork from my divorce confused the woman at the place we got our marriage license, (trust New York to make things difficult lol )
