Hi All,,

I am currently holding a work visa . I got married last year and I invited my wife on dependent visa.
She has got the work visa and arrived here . I applied for Permanent residency for myself through express entry and for my wife as well as dependent.
Now she has left me in less than 3 months as she got a job over here?

She did marriage for her immigration to canada only.

Can i report this to cbsa and deport her?

If you are her PR sponsor, you can withdraw her PR application and she will have to leave the country at the end of her visit visa, so yes you can.

I have applied my PR through express entry ( Wife as dependent ) without claiming points of her. Does she has to leave now immediately or after end of expiration of her work visa ? And if it affect my application for PR?

She can stay until the end of her work permit.

You'll want to remove her as a dependent in your application. You will need to show proof that you have separated.

No need to complicate and report anyone, just update status and remove name of your spouse from main application explaining reason.
