hello every one, i am a crazy situation over here, i recently got married with my canadian girlfriend according to hindu traditional way (through arya samaj where my wife been converted her religion and and given a hindu name too ) and then we went to court to register our marriage under hindu marriage act in our town court, we paid fees and submitted all the papers in front of registrar with 2 witnesses, and got a receipt back and been told to wait fro few days for to get our certificate back.
but after few days we found that our marriage been canceled, stating by that rule has been changed and we cant register our marriage in the law hindu marriage act and now need to do it under the special marriage act(so no we r married but not legally married), but before that when i went to court to find out the rules of marriage with foreigner, they said to me that i need to get married in arya samaj and then i can register marriage in hindu marriage act. so now the situtaion is that my wife in canada and its so expensive for her to come back and do the all the things again....
now we planning to get register our marriage in thailand (which is less costly and less stressful) but in order to that i need to get this NOC which proof that i am not married and can get married with my partner.
can any one send me the sample letter of this bachelorhood certificate?
or any one can tell me some better idea so we both (me and my wife) can avoid this suffering? thank you in advance
