Marriage certificate

Hi,

I got an observation stating that my marriage certificate is Extract copy and asking me to submit original copy, I registered my marriage in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. This TRUE Extract copy is the only certificate that is been issued by Tamilnadu government, The same is been accepted in US visa processing.

Please let me know, What I can do next in this case.
