Ok getting deep into the app now.. :-\ We have to submit a marriage certificate. We received one from our marriage commisoner the day of the wedding. Is this good enough or do I have to order one from vital stats?

Vital stats. Yours might be different but the one I received from the marriage commissioner wasn't accepted for anything since it didn't have a license number or anything on it.

Mine has a license number on it. We used it for applying for the vistors extension.

Well then it might work. Does it also have a seal or stamp of some sort? Those are the two things the Social Security office told me that they look for when verifying authenticity of a marriage license. (They told me that when I tried to get my name changed with the marriage commissioner one) So it's likely something similar for the immigration peoples.
