Marriage certificate translation

I submitted my application on 7th April.

I attached following documents for proof of marriage.

1. Scanned copy of original marriage certificate (in urdu)
2. Scanned copy of English translation of marriage certificate.
3. Affidavit from translator.

I would like to know if anyone got accepted with above mentioned documents? Someone said that I should have also included a certified copy of original marriage certificate which is also stamped by the translator.

Please advise. I am feeling tensed as I am waiting for more than 2 months. Any one got approved with similar set of documents which I have submitted?

Why didnt you use the Marriage certificate provided by NADRA ?

I married 10 years ago. At that time there was no NADRA marriage certificate

but you can get marrige certificate by nadra.
just go to your area union council office they will help you regarding this.

everyone on marrige time get hand written certificate and later apply for nadra.

Yes, because everyone has been uploading that Nadra certificate, I think visa officer must be expect it from applicants from Pakistan because it has all the nadra registration numbers and all. Better safe than sorry.
