Marriage certificate in Canada.

Hello, I already finished the sponsorship and my wife is in Canada and is a permanent resident.

I need to get a marriage certificate to send to CRA for tax purposes.
Knowing that we got married oversees, what’s the best and simple way to get the certificate?

Are we now somehow registered in Canada and can get it from a registry maybe?

1. No you can't register it in Canada.
2. Contact where you were married, they should issue a marriage certificate.

You got married oversees, don't need to register married in Canada again.
