Marriage certificate for inland sponsorship

HI all, we are gonna apply for inland sponsorship, I need some help with couple questions. I hope someone can give me a hint.
1. Do I need to include a photocopy of our marriage certificate with the application?
2. Do I need to send my (Vietnamese) police certificate with my application too or wait for their updating ? (cause I only have one, I don't wanna make any mistake on it). Thank you

You (the principal applicant), and any family members 18 or older (who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police

certificates from the following country or countries at this time, unless indicated otherwise on the police certificate webpage:

Yes........you need to provide and include a copy of your marriage certificate in your sponsorship application package.....you need to also check if there are any country specific requirements for the country where the marriage certificate was issued.

e.g., Vietnam – Instruction(s) for documents

• There are currently no special instructions for documents for this country.

Current Relationship

If you (the principal applicant) are legally married to your sponsor, provide your marriage certificate or other proof that your marriage is legally registered with governmental authorities in the jurisdiction where it took place. A record of solemnization or marriage license is not acceptable.

You are applying Inland sponsorship........which means you are currently living in Canada.........Canadian Police Certificate is not required to be included in your application........however, if you previously lived for more than 6 months in Vietnam since you turned 18 years.........will advice you include Police Certificate from Vietnam.
