Marriage before receiving ITA

I recently got married, however, I forgot to inform IRCC through web form about my marital status. I've received the ITA in the latest draw and added my spouse in the application. She doesn't have IELTS & ECA, so if I select 'NO' to these fields, will my points be recalculated?

If you included your spouse during the PR application submission: Post ITA and pre AOR, yes, the points are recalculated.

What about informing them after AOR, and submit as a Single Applicant for the time being?
