Hi Everyone

I have Canadian PR and am planning to land in Canada sometime in Feb 2018.Though I have visa validity till June 2018. I need to know what is the best possible way to have my gf/would be wife to Canada.
I have been in this relationship for over two years now. We both want to say "I do" as soon as possible.

What is the best and the quickest possible way for me to be with her?
1.Should I get married before landing? What are the implications here? Do I have to surrender my visa and go through the process all over again?
2.Should I get there in Feb, get settled and come back for marriage. But in that case it would take some time for my then spouse to be able to come and stay with me in Canada.
3. If I get married after I land, can she come with me on tourist visa while her PR process is in progress?

P.S.- I am willing to delay my arrival if it helps in bringing my gf with me to Canada.
Please advise.

Go with option 1. Get married before you land. After getting married, inform CIC about the change in marital status. You'll need to submit documents for your spouse and they will be included in your application. You'll need their PCC, Medical, POF and some other additional forms, which CIC will let you know. Then they will ask you to return the COPR and the passport with the stamp. After this, your spouse's documents will be verified and bg check will be done. Once completed, you will get a new PPR with your spouse added as your dependent.
