Marriage and sponsorship of my spouse after Nomination for Non-express entry OINP

I would really appreciate your advice into this situation. I recently got nominated under the OINP non express entry stream and I intend to marry my partner soon and sponsor him along with myself. Do i need to change my surname to sponsor or I can sponsor with my same surname for now and do a name change after PR?

note though if you get married before you become a PR, you MUST add your spouse to your existing app. You must do this before you 'land.'
