Marksheet and Degree Attestation?

Hello,
Guys which authority is recommended for Pakistani Students to attest their transcripts and degrees for the Canadian universities ( Higher Education Commission , or it should be Publicly Notarized or verified by the rewarding university)? (HEC takes 2 months to attest the documents)

Mostly universities only mentions that the official transcripts and degrees should be mailed with the application package.

If you are selecting WES for ECA, you have to get your intermediate certificate and marksheet attested by Intermediate Board and your graduation certificate and transcript by HEC.

If you are selecting ICAS/ECS, you only need to get attested your graduation degree and marksheet.

With most universities, official transcripts are originals or copies certified by your university, these must be provided and sent directly by your university to the Canadian university you're applying to.
