Hi all,
I would like to know if anyone in this forum has submitted marklist/marksheets instead of transcripts and still got PER.I am more interested to know about the post June 2010 applicants replies.

Everyone has to submit mark sheets(high school, college) and a transcript in additional to the mark sheets.
A transcript is nothing but your grades/marks of all your semester in a single sheet.

I think there is no mention about high school marklist.
However my question is if anyone submitted degree marklist instead of transcripts and still got PER from CIC.

What is your visa office???

Hi Nano,
I am aware of this instruction. My question is has anyone got PER by submitting the notirized copies of transcripts.

@ mats

You must have to submit your transcripts. Because it is different than mark list. Transcript is important to convince the VO, that you have completed your study in full time. Because in transcript its clearly mention that you have attend xyz subject &/or xyz practical session for 3 or 4 hours a week, its not mentioned in your mark list. It also clears your grade, marks, seat no., etc. to VO. Transcript is a globally accepted format to prove your full time study. Transcript is more convenient way to impress VO about your full time study. It is necessary for positive response from CHC of any country.

@ mats

I have submitted notarized copy of marksheets of my high school board examination(10th and 12th grade), individual marksheets of semesters of my diploma and orignal transcripts of my diploma.

If there is a genuine reason for your unability to submit a transcript than you can inform visa office for the same. They can be quite flexible when given the right explanation.

In case your college is not providing transcript you can get a transcript typed and printed and get it stamped/signed from your college(its another option).
