Am not having separation agreement... only I have is petition of filed divorce in Ontario ... I will get divorce in November... I have submitted my application... I hope cic accepts it .

yes buddy becoz to clear intial stage of processing they will need it so as your application is finalised in November ..pick any October ita as you have 90 days to submit an application. . or any ita in September end..

Am June AOR ... my eligibility is clear .... completeness is passed but still no ppr mail .may be they r waiting for divorce.
