I am from the Philippines, separated more than 8years. I am currently working in collating documents to apply student visa permit. Me as principal and with dependent common-law partner. My annulment is still in process, the 2nd court hearing will be June 2022. My main concern is, will it affect marital status on my application? Given that I have common-law partner as my dependent? What's the treatment on this case?
