If she intends to complete a college course, she should attend, study, and simultaneously if you get married she can sort out her PR.

If she intends not to complete her course, you should get legally married, and sponsor her from Outland.

If we plan to go for outland sponsorship then we will have to cancel her student and withdraw her admission from school Would that impact her spousal application at all.?

However you are not legally married. So you would need to register the marriage in India first, before you could file an OUTLAND PR app.

If she genuinely wants to go to school here, there is absolutely nothing wrong with her coming to Canada as I said and applying INLAND.

rob is right she can go to school you can get married in city hall and while she's in school applied for inland sponsorship
