ALL THE ENERGY IS GOIN DOWN MY FRIEND WHAT IS THE USE OF BEING ACTIVE .I AM ACTIVELY CHECKING MY ECASE EVERY DAY 4/5 TIMES BUT THIS IN PROCESS WORD IS NOT CHANGING WHY ? I GOT ONLY 2 AND A HALF MONTHS FOR MEDICAL EXPIRY NDVO IS NOT BOTHERED TO GIVE REPLY FOR MY CSE ......I THINK EVRYTHING ALL THESE PAIN IS GOING TO GO IN VAIN...................

A letter from me to my consultants..
Dear team,
Hope you all are doing well .
I am writing this just to inform you that my PR visa is still not granted why is it taking so long i don't know ? all my paperwork was clear ,i submitted my medicals and passports in February 2013 now its November end only 2 and half months left for medicals to get expired .You as my consultant helped me in getting through earlier stages after that i think you have forgotten me as just another PR case .my life got spoiled because of this CANADIAN PR .nothing i can plan ,my experience ,education is getting out of demand as age goes by.i am the only rarest case i think whose passports are away for 9 months .how can New Delhi VO do like this holding someones passport for so long or else they should give us 100% surety that i am a Canadian PR.
Is their anything you can do to know whats happening with my case ? i have send mails asking for updates 2 times after receiving medicals but no use they don't bother to reply.
3.5 years have been waiting for this wherein you said 8-12 months i will get my PR .
i applied for work permit initially did video cv everything to get work permit but u said PR is faster .here i m now without nothing no work permit ,no PR + so much agony and torture i m facing cannot face people as when i meet 1st thing they ask is whats happening with CANADIAN PR . i and my family now avoid socializing .as 1st question they ask is this ?my wife's been sitting at home for last 1 year as our passports with them she in her field is required always keep on practicing in her profession as nurse .she was a good nurse abroad earning good, now sitting waiting for passports to come back
Please guide me tell me what can we do ? is waiting the only option left as that's what i have been doing all these years people who applied me have gone and settled .No use sending mails as i don't get replies .i think your duty towards me finishes after getting file number and documents submission as you never enquired whats happening with this poor 2010 June Canadian fast track PR applicant.

Not sure if this works but why dont you send a fax too and see if that would alert them. May be you can add a subject line as - "VERY VERY URGENT - Medicals expiring in next 2.5 months - Waiting for Visa - ready to fly anytime"... And in the body clearly mention that you can fly before Feb'13.

I havent sent any emails or fax till now nor did I order any CAIPS notes too. But I think they will definitely address your concern once you send this fax (also pls send the same matter via an email too).

Even I am contemplating on sending an email to them today and if there is no reply I will send them fax on Monday for sure!
