After four months of silence, that can’t just be a coincidence.

Counterpoint: it can be a coincidence.

It's like the birthday paradox, chances of two people in a group of only ~23 sharing a birthday (not year but day) is 50% - seems impossible but in fact just a coincidence of basic numbers and probability. With a fairly large number of posters here sharing dates about 'things happening', coincidences of dates that feel meaningful are inevitable. (Particularly because we only make the claim about the causal connection after the fact)

(I say as I throw a pinch of salt over my shoulder and say 'fu, fu.')

Finally LPP completed Oct 21 (Oct 23 update in tracker)
And surprise surprise two days later Oct 23 Oath scheduled (Today Oct 25 update in tracker)
Oath date: Dec 3rd
Someone please help update the google tracker.

Immigration journey finally came to an end this weekend. Had my citizenship ceremony (virtual yesterday) Saturday and was told that I could download my certificate later in the week. Went onto the Portal today and was able to download it!
Ill get my passport application submitted this week!!

I see that your tracker updated just a week before your Oath ceremony date. When did you receive your email invite to the ceremony?

No email from IRCC on the Monday which was INSIDE 6 days from event, so I called the IRCC and had an excellent conversation with someone. He informed me that the email had NOT been sent out yet and they can wait until 2 business days before sending it out for a virtual ceremony. He said, if I don't hear by Thursday to call back.
Tuesday morning I received my official invite email with all the required details so all good to go.

Interesting to see how the Government systems are all set up now I am officially a Canadian. Registered to vote yesterday (Sunday) for Federal and Provincial elections and all approved today..

It is normal since both are indirectly correlated. Happy to hear you got movement on your file? Where did you apply from and any idea which office is handling your file?

My spouse application got the same update. Applied separately after me and AOR was April 24. I am still waiting no movement.
