Hi all, I got an email to submit my fingerprints (yay!) 2 weeks ago. I did that. I got a ghost update on my tracker. But the weird thing is it does not say on the tracker that the fingerprint was requested or that it was received. Is that normal? Is it supposed to say anything regarding the fingerprints on the tracker?

I recall seeing lots of people on Fb with fingerprints and approved background and nothing about fingerprints was on their tracker. I think you should be ok!

Did you do it with rcmp or through an agency? Did you get any sort of confirmation that rcmp processed them to ircc?

Would appreciate your clarification on the below:

I received my Canadian citizenship and was advised to go to BLS to surrender my Indian passport. However on the website its mentioned to go to Service Canada for applying a new Canadian passport.
What's the actual process ?

Agent. They told me they will mail it to RCMP and RCMP will mail the results to IRCC. Nothing to to do from my side. I havent received anything from anyone since. Just a ghost update a day after I visited the agent.
