Requested a reschedule straight away. Hoping for a speedy turn around!

Well that was unexpected…

We just received a response... it took less than 2 hours to reschedule...
Me and my partner have been removed from our original virtual ceremony on September 4th and moved to the next available date after we return on September 15th.

Our new ceremony is confirmed for September 17th at 8:30 AM ET.

What an easy, smooth process—feeling very lucky and grateful!

I’m still waiting for my reschedule. Same timeline I got two ghost updates in the last week since I asked for rescheduling.

Yep. We didn’t mention about about the ceremony type in the email.

They just responded and said we’ve cancelled your current virtual ceremony and put you onto the next available virtual ceremony after you return

Hi All, Everything has been marked complete since June 20, 2025, but we haven’t received an oath invite yet. I also called IRCC, and they informed me that everything is complete and only the oath is pending. They said our file is with the ceremony team to schedule, but I’m not sure why there is a delay.
Is anyone else from Oakville (or GTA) experiencing similar delays? Is there anything I can do to follow up?

• Background verification: Completed on June 3, 2025

Hey guys, I'm same boat as several of you. According to the tracking google sheet for March, it seems like a lot of us who applied in second half of the month are in some sort of limbo.

My Background was completed June 11 and last update in Tracker was June 13. No LPP or even Tracker ghost updates for me. Just posting more data points. I don't think anything is wrong, I just think a bunch of us are sitting on someone's queue that is very slow.

My wife has had no progress on the tracker whatsoever. She had FP request in June, other than that nothing whatsoever.
