On replying to the inland portal email yesterday, I got following automated response:

Your application is in our virtual landing queue.
Given our current processing capacity, there are delays in processing the high volume of files.
We will contact you directly once your file is ready for finalization.
Please note that we will not be responding to follow-up inquiries.

I am still waiting for portal login info. Anyone else on same boat? Any idea how long does it take to receive login info to portal?

I replied to the portal email and got the same response, they said the process might take 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the number of processing cases.

Just got my Portal email. My background check is still in progress. Just got my Eligibility done on May 10 and today already got the email. No COPR number on the tracker yet. Wow, unbelievable!

Yes, directly from “Not started” to “ Completed”. The portal email came soon after that so I think Eligibility was the last step and the background check was already completed a while ago but without an update. My Medical Exam passed almost a month after my BIO linked to my account. Maybe it is because of the Upfront medical exam for inland applicants.
