Hi everyone, just received gcms notes and found this . Can anyone help me to understand what is the meaning of TFR-Workload (re)-distribution ?

That means that the VO that is processing the application is sharing the work with other Visa Offices around the world. This is normal. For example, in my case the primary VO was London England with secondary being Calgary Alberta, but the work was shared with Hongkong.

Yes, that is normal transfers.

This is normal. The sponsor approval is a different step from PA Eligibility. You should be receiving the eligibility soon if the sponsor has been approved.

I have already received the sponsor approval back in July but I think IRCC checks sponsor info during PA eligibility as well.

Yeah i see the notes clearly shows that everything is done from sponsor side and then moved to New Delhi office . Gc keys shows

How was the first time landing process at airport for spousal PR? what documents to carry and what Qs are asked by the officer?
Please help.

Landing was easy the only frustration was waiting in the que for 2 hours for 2 minutes process . They ask you any criminal record since and address in Canada to send the PR card which might take 4 months according to the officer .
