I had the same problem and, somehow it got fixed by itself.
First, when I was entering my information (both for Sponsor and PA), it was not recognizing it and was saying your information is incorrect.
Then after a while, it was recognizing my information, and it was fetching correct email address, but instead of sending verification code, it was showing an error message that something went wrong in sending verification. So I was not receiving verification code even though they were showing that they had my email.
Then once, when I was trying, instead of register, I went to sign in and clicked on forgot password, of course I expected it to say, you have not registered yet, BUT surprisingly, it sent me the verification code and I could use it to create an account.
My suggestion:
1- Try on different devices because for me the website was behaving differently on different devices. On one, site was telling me my information is wrong, on the other one, accepted my information and showed my email, but encountered error when sending verification code. So try different devices, every time you are trying.
2- If in your previous attempts, you reached the step that it shows your email but does not send the code and shows error, this time try the forgot password and see if it send you the code.
3- Keep trying, one day, when you do the exact same thing, which was not working, it suddenly works, this is what happened for me.
