Already got pre arrival letter two weeks ago but nothing after this. Mostly people sail they take hardly 10 days after pre arival letter but no body getting any response yet

GCKey doesn't update much, may stay the same until you receive your visa and copr.

Also, i called IRCC the automated response for my application also said background checks are in process, is that normal?

Both are part of same gckey system ircc seems to be making decisions and then coming back and updating gckey etc after the fact

I wouldn't be as long as you got pre arrival and ecas shows decesion made

Next step will likely be ppr

yes, I was not able to login as well

Status on ECAS now shows decision made. My GCKey says the application is in progress.
Wondering if other applicants who listed decision made on the spreadsheet have received a decision made letter or if their GCKey shows decision made?
