Its not moving at all I would say. They are just jumping around dates all over the place!
March 25th delivery, can I expect to have AOR or return by Sep?
I know people from Jan/Feb are still waiting and even March. Just trying to get some hopes here.

To be honest, it is hard to predict. I think IRCC is sending AORs in a random order. If you are lucky, then based on how many have received AOR, you might get it in 3rd week or 4th week of September. If you aren't lucky enough, then it is anyone's guess.

You need to wait within in Sep if you are luck enough, else mid of October.
Once they started working on the second batch of February we can predict more. Basically the AOR can very from 6 months to 7 months from day of application. this may may get shorter.

Hi all, I’m getting so impatient. App received on March 11th and still no AOR. I get it may take some more time, but oh my, I don’t have any more nails to bite.

Don't be , you have to save patience for whole process you will receive AOR sooner or later or even today but you have to be patient for whole process...
We are family of 4 and we got AOR for each of us on husband email ...even though I gave them only for me different email.

Chill out. Now, we know applications are stamped to date when they received it. The clock starts from there and ends in 12 months from that date. So, AOR is not a significant step in this one. I have seen people getting AORs faster and then they wait longer and people who get AORs slower and then they move the application swiftly. Post COVID world, we should expect IRCC to give us a decision on the application in ~1 year and 4-6 months..

This is probably true, unless IRCC decides to go virtual for the whole process. If they'll wait for a vaccine in order to resume tests/interviews/oaths, it will be a long time, sadly. A co-worker got his citizenship in 8 months 3 years ago, but his wife has been waiting on a test/interview date since she got AOR in February. That is 7 months thus far :\
