few applicants reported AOR 9pm EST and early as 6am EST, so I assume the emails are system generated NOT linked with office timings.

Probably people see their email after the work hours, or before they sleep, but they might have received it before 4 ?

Those folks mentioned Email receiving time NOT the time they check the email, I personally got email 6AM EST in morning ;-)

Very Interesting know that not all of the process are manual.

There was a discussion recently about changing address after getting AOR. A friend who got AOR recently informed me address was not updated and as such mail was sent outside canada. So I think it best to update address once you have AOR and your address has not been updated online.

I have sent courier to cic about a month ago with payment receipt and other required documents. after few days ,I got message from bank that transaction is declined and whole money is refunded .then I raise webform to inform cic about declined transaction.but cic don't respond me.now my concern is that can I send new parcel with valid payment receipt,nomination and other required documents without returning old parcel. It is positive or negative for men..

A person from the April batch got his application returned today.
I guess they are scrutinizing the application first, then correct applications are given AOR - that's where the queue is clogged.!

This was already discussed last week and suggestion was provided by few already and you are again asking on it.

I've got my application return today for missing picture. haha i will re-send it again.

UPDATE: i already sent back the missing picture that they requested, but still i didn't get any updates from CIC. i don't know if they will still include me in March 2020 Applicants.

I am glad you were able to resend the application. Your application is now considered an August 2020 application therefore there will be a bit of wait time before you hear anything. Better late than never.
