How are AOR issued in the current Covid climate?

Studying CanadaVisa forum tracker data, I noted IRCC is issuing approx 4 AORs / day. CanadaVisa Forum data does not have 100% of the application, but I estimate it has approx 80% applications reported.

As on 13 Aug 2020: approx 70 applications from Feb 2020 are still waiting to hear back from IRCC. I expect all Feb applicants should get their AORs in 17/18 days. That makes it 7 Sep 2020 (using working days only) by when all Feb applications should have heard back from IRCC.

March applicants can expect to hear from 8 Sep 2020 onwards. We have 117 March applicants in the forum. So all March 2020 applicants should hear back from IRCC by approx 23 Oct 2020.

Canadavisa forum doesn't have 80% of applications reported. I would say it hardly has 10% of the applications being applied.

I believe March applicants should start hearing back from Aug-20.
